JAPRIVIO Fresh

Product and information flow from intake to dispatch.

We are developing JAPRIVIO Fresh for fresh food operations. It structures the identification of batches, logistics units, locations and quality, and links this information to the process flow.

Information about intake, weight, batches, process output and dispatch is often created in different places. Managers need a consistent view of operations, and operators need a simple way to record their work.

JAPRIVIO Service

Field service with access to knowledge

The service request, machine history and documentation available wherever the technician works. An app concept for a service network that keeps working through connectivity gaps, with AI-assisted knowledge search.

We design service and after-sales operations as one flow: from the service request, through the technician’s work in the field, to a digital service report and knowledge that stays within the company. We prepare the scope as a custom project for the manufacturer and its network.

The technician, service manager, dealer and manufacturer work in one process, each within the scope of their permissions.

Request intake, priority, assignment, parts, checklist and report.

Field work can be carried out offline and is synchronised once the connection is restored. The AI assistant works online and uses approved knowledge sources. It does not replace the technician’s diagnosis or decisions.
