Product and configuration
Portfolio, models, parameters and equipment. Rules enforce requirements, dependencies, exclusions and completeness.
JAPRIVIO CPQ/CRM
JAPRIVIO CPQ connects product data, rules, price lists and the sales activity of manufacturers and their networks. Configuration retains the context of the pricing, the quote and the customer’s decision.

The whole process
Each stage builds on the data of the previous one. Configuration, pricing, quote and customer decision stay within the context of a single case.
Platform areas
JAPRIVIO started as a configurator. Today the platform covers sales work, pricing, quotes, roles across the sales network and product data administration. We are developing further areas, such as aftersales and service.
Portfolio, models, parameters and equipment. Rules enforce requirements, dependencies, exclusions and completeness.
Price lists, assignments and discounts. Models and options are priced from the same configuration.
Enquiries, customers, opportunities, tasks and next steps, with data visibility by role.
Document, link, revisions and history. Acceptance of a specific version and conversion to an order.
Manufacturer, dealer, sales rep and end customer use the same functions, each within their own scope.
Draft, publication, versions and restoring of product options, rules and media.
A parts catalogue for a saved machine, and a development direction towards service and the full machine history.
New functions prepared for specific implementation scenarios, including one with an agricultural machinery manufacturer.
01Product and configuration
Salespeople select the model, variant and equipment, while Japrivio checks requirements, dependencies, exclusions and configuration completeness.
We describe 3D visualisation and AI support within the scope of a specific model, as an extension rather than a feature of every product.
02Price lists and pricing
We connect models, equipment and configuration rules with the right price lists and commercial terms. That keeps pricing part of the sales process.
03CRM and sales work
An enquiry that starts with a product can progress to a customer, sales opportunity, configuration and quote without losing the process history.
04Quotes, acceptance and orders
The quote is built from the configuration and pricing, has revisions and a history, and once accepted can move on to an order.
05Roles and sales channels
The process can involve the manufacturer, dealer, salesperson and a B2C channel. We define data access and enquiry routing for each scenario, and channels do not need to have the same scope.
Data, rules, price lists and process visibility within the agreed scope.
The right commercial data, configuration and quote.
Customer, tasks and managing the opportunity.
The scope of enquiry or configuration available to the end customer.
Every perspective uses the same CPQ functions and a single product catalogue. Enquiry routing and data access are agreed for each scenario.
06Editor and administration
The editor covers product options, rules and media, their publication and versions.
An administrator on the manufacturer’s side independently changes the options, rules and media of an existing model, publishes them and restores a previous version when needed.
We prepare a new model or a new type of rule together with the technical team.
07Parts, aftersales and service
Selling the machine does not end the process. We separate the described parts scope from the development direction towards service and the full machine history.
The parts module leads from the machine sold to the right part and the next commercial steps. We show the exact scope in a demo, as it depends on the manufacturer’s data.
We are developing the platform towards the full machine history, service handling and warranties. This is a development direction, not a finished module: we agree the scope with the manufacturer.
Field service app concept in JAPRIVIO Technology08Extensions
The platform grows with its implementations. New functions are built around a real customer process, and we describe them within the scope they were prepared for.
We are preparing the latest platform extensions together with an agricultural machinery manufacturer, on its products and sales process. We will describe their scope once it is ready to be shown.
3D graphics help to understand the configuration of a specific model. The scope depends on the manufacturer’s approved materials.
We describe AI applications for a specific model and data set, not as a universal feature of every product.
A link, an embedded frame (iframe) and a widget are different ways of providing access, each with a different scope of work.
09Process security
Safeguards cover data access, change history and quote acceptance.
The scope of data and actions is determined by the user’s role.
Each organisation’s data is isolated from that of the others.
Data access is checked against the user’s account and organisation.
Changes and decisions in the process leave a record in the history.
An email code, a frozen PDF and a checksum link the customer’s decision to a specific quote version.
10Implementation and integrations
We start implementation by agreeing on a specific process and the scope to be launched first.
We select integrations to suit the customer’s environment. Analysing the connections and building them are separate scopes, agreed individually.
