Chaos in a company rarely appears overnight.
It usually starts quite innocently.
One Excel file with a price list. A few PDFs with product options. A quote prepared manually. Agreements in emails. Some information on WhatsApp. Data stored in one system, documentation in another, and the most important details still in the head of someone who has worked at the company for years.
We know this problem from the inside.
We encounter it almost every day while working with manufacturers, dealers, trading companies and businesses where sales or operational processes are simply complex.
We too have repeatedly reached the point of asking a simple question: why does something that should theoretically take a few minutes take half an hour or an hour?
Very often, the problem is not the person. It is the way the process is organised.
A salesperson looks for the current price. Someone checks whether the selected product options are compatible. Another person copies data into an order. A different department needs the same information but receives it in another format. After a few months, no one is certain which file is up to date.
As the company grows, so does the number of these small tasks. Each seems minor on its own. Together, they consume an enormous amount of time, energy and attention.
These are exactly the problems that led to JAPRIVIO.
We did not start with an idea for another application. We started with real processes and the question of how to simplify them.
Selling complex products without constantly searching for information
One of the first areas we are developing is the digitalisation of complex product sales.
When a manufacturer offers several or dozens of models, each with its own variants, optional equipment, dependencies, exclusions and price levels, a traditional catalogue quickly stops being enough.
Add a dealer network, different markets, price updates, discounts and the need to prepare an accurate quote for the customer.
That is why we are developing product configurators based on rules, dependencies and option compatibility.
The selected configuration can affect not only the product specification and price but also its dynamic 2D and 3D visualisation.
Customers and salespeople are therefore doing more than selecting items from a list. They can see how the product changes with each option.
The configuration can then move on to a quote, an order and subsequent stages of the sales process.
For us, however, the configurator is not an end in itself. It is the start of a wider process.
The real value emerges when information entered once no longer needs to be copied into further documents and systems.
This approach is consistent with JAPRIVIO's architecture, where configuration and CPQ are the entry point to a much broader sales and product service lifecycle.
Automating operational and logistics processes
The second area is quite different, but the underlying problem is often the same.
Information originates in the physical world, and someone then has to enter it into a system manually.
Goods have arrived. A product has been weighed. A pallet has passed a particular checkpoint. A camera has recorded an event. An operator has completed another task.
In many businesses, this data is still recorded manually or sent to several independent places.
That is why at JAPRIVIO we also work on automating operational and logistics processes using dedicated hardware.
Software can work with cameras, industrial computers, readers and other devices located directly at the process.
This allows data to be captured automatically at key operational points, assigned to the right product, batch or event, and passed on without manual re-entry.
A system should do more than show what happened. It should also know what needs to happen next.
This is where software, process automation, data analysis and hardware begin to come together.
We do not want to add just another system
Companies often already have ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, applications, network folders and dozens of other tools.
The problem is therefore not always a lack of technology. Sometimes it is that the technology does not create one coherent way of working.
Information appears in one place but is needed in five others. Knowledge remains tied to a particular employee. The process works as long as everyone remembers what to do.
JAPRIVIO is intended to take a different direction.
We want to connect people, processes, knowledge, data and technology in one working environment.
Not to take decisions away from people, but to remove the tasks that needlessly consume their time.
This is one of the brand's foundations: technology should support specialists, automate routine work and protect organisational knowledge, while responsibility for important decisions remains with people.
Less chaos. More time for meaningful work.
We are not interested in technology simply because it is new. We are interested when it solves a specific problem.
When a salesperson can prepare an accurate quote faster. When an employee no longer has to enter the same information several times. When someone new to the company does not need months to discover where the right knowledge is kept. When an operational process can be recorded automatically. When the company grows without chaos having to grow with it.
That is why JAPRIVIO was created.
We are just getting started.
Here, we will share not only finished solutions but also the problems we are working on, design decisions, customer processes and observations from building technology for specialised B2B businesses.
Without claiming that AI will solve everything.
Instead, we will focus on where technology can truly give people their time back and help a company work better.
Let's get to work.
